Not the worst, but the most OVERRATED ever is Pepe Reina.
I'm not sure how many often an 'un-characteristic mistake by Pepe Reina' has to take place before it becomes a characteristic mistake.

Joe Hart has to be up there with him for overrated. the mental errors between the two of them could fill a blooper reel.
